Legal regulations and general information:

1. Helmet requirement

If the safety belt is fastened, wearing a helmet is not compulsory. If the E-Carrier 25 V.3 is ridden without a belt, wearing a helmet is compulsory.

2. Third-party liability insurance

The E-Carrier 25 V.3 requires third-party liability insurance. Upon purchase of this insurance, you will receive an insurance license plate (colloquially known as a moped license plate), which must be affixed to the vehicle (proof of existing insurance).

An EU type approval (EEC) is included with the scooter. With this vehicle registration document, you can obtain a license plate from the insurance company of your choice.

3. Driver's License

A test certificate for driving mopeds is required for operation. Minimum age 15. Holders of driver's licenses classes A, B, and T do not require a test certificate. Persons born before April 1, 1965, do not require a test certificate or driver's license.
