The PM 100 polishing machine from PROXXON is for surface treatment of precious and non-precious metals, including plastics.
For standard brushes and inserts up to 4" or 102 mm. Shaft drive via toothed belt: The motor no longer obstructs the work area. The slim housing around the main shaft allows for the surface treatment of even very long and differently shaped workpieces. The supporting construction made of aluminum side panels with machined bearing fits enables low-vibration and very quiet operation. With a long, ball-bearing main shaft (distance from disc to disc approx. 360 mm) and adjustable protective covers for clean work with polishing pastes. Powerful drive via DC motor with speed control (full-wave electronics). For high tightening torque and enormous pulling power, even under strong contact pressure. For screwing, but also for horizontal and vertical mounting using the included screw clamp. The original equipment includes: 1 each Fabric polishing buffs, hard and soft (100 x 15 mm) and 1 x universal polishing bar (80 g).
