Ask a question to learn more about the productThe TAMIYA TT-02B chassis is a variant of the innovative TT-02 on-road 4WD chassis. The Plasma Edge II is the successor to the highly popular Plasma Edge. Thanks to its simple design and low-maintenance solutions, the chassis is also suitable for beginners. The battery is mounted longitudinally in the tub frame chassis and the low-mounted RC components ensure a low center of gravity. Independent suspension and double wishbones, oil-filled shock absorbers, all-wheel drive, and high-grip studded tires provide excellent traction. The front and rear axles are equipped with sealed bevel gear differentials. The Type 540 RS Torque Tuned electric motor provides plenty of off-road power. With optional tuning parts, the chassis can be quickly converted into a race buggy. The chassis underside is extra smooth, and the battery compartment accommodates all common battery types. The robust polycarbonate body can withstand harsh off-road conditions and is very lightweight.
