Light-colored salt from Germany is generally used here.
Optimal grain spectrum:
While the fine crystals ensure an immediate de-icing effect, the coarser crystals guarantee the required long-term effect on thicker layers of ice and snow.

- Corresponds to the 2003 German salt standard (TL-Streu)
- High proportion of de-icing substances
- NaCl content over 98.2%
Salts with a slightly higher residual moisture content are generally used here (always within the limits of the TL standard, not to be compared with the known residual moisture of sea salt!).
This road salt is only suitable for hand spreading or for spreaders with a conveyor screw.
