The switch supports the Nway auto-negotiation protocol and automatically detects network speeds (10/100/1000Mbps) and duplex modes (full/half). The Auto-MDI/MDI-X function eliminates the need for crossover cables. LED indicators provide easy port status monitoring and switch information.
