Oil-sludge rinse, 300 ml can

Special, highly effective combination of active ingredients consisting of oil-soluble detergents and thermally stable dispersants for the quick and easy removal of black sludge and other combustion products from the engine and crankcase. The combustion chamber of a gasoline engine contains fuel and air, as well as fully or partially combusted residues after ignition and combustion. Most combustion products escape through the exhaust system, but a small portion enters the crankcase and thus the engine oil as so-called blow-by gas. Partially combusted fuel has poor oil solubility and contributes to the formation of sludge and varnish on metal surfaces. In the presence of oxygen and nitrogen, the lubricating oil forms insoluble oxidation products in the heat, which in turn contribute to the formation of sludge and deposits. In diesel engines, sulfur is also introduced into the combustion chamber, where it burns to form SO2 and SO3, and, together with water from the engine combustion of the fuel/air mixture, forms sulfurous acid or sulfuric acid. These products, which initially remain in the piston ring zone along with soot and low-molecular oxidized fuel residues and already develop negative properties there, are carried downwards into the crankcase with the blow-by gases or engine oil, where they form deposits and varnish, or cause rust and wear.

Specially designed for sludgy gasoline and diesel engines in all applications. Can be used safely in vehicles with oil-immersed timing belts.

One 300 ml can is sufficient for engines with an oil capacity of up to 5 l. After adding, drive approximately 200 km as usual, avoiding full throttle. Then change the engine oil and oil filter. If extremely dirty, repeat the cleaning process. If necessary, clean the oil strainer in the oil pan. Can be used before every oil change.

Not suitable for use in motorcycles with wet clutches!
