The "STARTRONIC 950" is a mains-independent jump starter with an internal lithium battery for 12V vehicle batteries. The device is equipped with super capacitors that use the residual voltage of the vehicle battery to charge and can start the vehicle engine after just a few seconds. The emergency battery switches on automatically to charge the capacitors if this is not possible with the vehicle battery. The innovative combination of super capacitors with a Li-ion battery ensures optimal operational readiness. The device is completely mains-independent. The STARTRONIC can start 12-volt vehicles with a starting current of 950A within 2 minutes.

2 "Force Function" modes for maximum performance:

•   "Override" mode: starting a vehicle with a deeply discharged battery.
• "Glow" mode (preheating): starting a diesel engine in cold weather.

This technology guarantees high performance and a quick start using the residual voltage of the vehicle battery.

To support the battery-free technology, the lithium-ion battery can be used, if desired, to pre-charge supercapacitors when they cannot use the residual voltage of the battery.

At 100% of its capacity, the Li-ion battery can recharge the supercapacitors 5 times.

With its power (950 A during start-up), the STARTRONIC HYBRID 950 can start most vehicles with 12 V on-board voltage (gasoline & diesel).

Two modes are available for maximum efficiency:

• "Bypass" mode for starting a vehicle with a heavily discharged battery.
• «Glow» mode (preheating) for starting diesel engines in cold weather.

The STARTRONIC has a digital display that shows the following information:

• Charge percentage of the supercapacitors
• Voltage of the vehicle battery
• Charge level of the lithium battery
• Application instructions
• Application errors (e.g., reverse polarity)

The developed connection technology offers further solutions for precharging supercapacitors:

• On a 12-volt vehicle battery (wet, gel, AGM, Start & S top) in 2 minutes.
• On the cigarette lighter socket (12 volts / 10A) in 3 minutes.

The lithium-ion battery serves its USB output (5V / 2A) as an external power supply for high-tech products (touchpad, smartphone...). Charge the battery via the supplied USB cable.
