The GartenMeister cordless chainsaw is powered by two separately available 18-volt batteries from the Westfalia 18V Li-Ion series. Two batteries are always required to operate the saw. Thanks to the brushless motor, the saw impresses with its speed and pulling power right from the start. The motor reaches a chain speed of 20 m/s. The tool-free chain tensioning device and automatic chain lubrication guarantee comfortable handling. For comfortable working in all positions, the chainsaw has a rubberized, wrap-around second handle. A chain brake and a safety switch with lock-off ensure the necessary safety.
The powerful lithium-ion battery is compatible and can be used with all tools from the Westfalia 18 Volt Li-Ion series. Thanks to the latest lithium-ion technology, even frequent partial discharges do not damage the battery. The battery is therefore always ready for use. The use of lithium-ion cells enables a compact design.
The high-quality titanium-plated saw chain with titanium-coated and electrolytically chrome-plated steel cutting teeth features a safety chain with a "kickback" function. It is 20% sharper and faster than standard saw chains.
