Fresh sprouts are rich in minerals and fiber, making them a healthy ingredient for salads or stir-fries. With the sprouting jar, you can grow fresh sprouts from seeds of alfalfa, mung beans, or radishes at any time. Soak the seeds for a few hours in the borosilicate glass dome, drain on the sieve integrated into the stand, place the glass dome on the stand, and give the sprouting jar a bright spot. Rinse sprouts 2-3 times a day and after a week the crunchy ingredients are ready to harvest!
