Fresh fruit, vegetables, herbs, meat, pasta, etc. are ideal for self-drying, without artificial additives. Drying is the oldest and most gentle way of preserving food.
The dehydrator consists of a compact base and five stackable racks (each 32 x 24.8 cm) made of transparent plastic. This allows you to prepare several portions of dried fruit and vegetables at once. Herbs can also be easily dried with the device. A herb mat made of fine plastic mesh is included and ensures that chopped herbs do not fall through. The 350-watt dehydrator is easy to operate using the on/off switch with indicator light. With temperature selection from 40-70°C and a timer from 1-36 hours. A damp cloth is sufficient to clean the base, and the storage racks are dishwasher-safe.
